from the Better Together Challenge.

Condition.
The main financier of this project will be IDB Lab, but in order to implement the project it is mandatory to present a local counterpart one by one. In other words, the same economic value that BID Lab will disburse must be raised. At least 50% of this compensation must be in cash.
